ITDAC-14DB WATCH MONITORING UNIT WITH ALARM TRANSFER

Comprise two parts: Watch monitoring unit without alarm transfer (described above) and alarms transfer for the navigation equipment, specified by rules of classification societies. Alarm caused by any navigation system component connected to unit, has to be acknowledged on the equipment which activated the alarm within 30 seconds. If not, alarm will be transferred to officers accomodation and signalized on the signalling unit(s) of type SU. Every time when alarm from navigation equipment connected to unit is acknowledged, watch monitoring period is also reseted.

Before using ON-OFF key switch, time selection should be done (6, 9 or 12 min). Time selection is possible in OFF position of key-switch only. When the selected time expires, pre-warning alarm occurs (on the bridge) and can be acknowledged within 30 seconds using RESET button on the equipment or external reset units type RU. If not acknowledged, alarm will be activated in officers' quarters through signalling units type SU. Power failure alarm, dimmer and external alarm signalization are provided.
